JeQuan Lewis

Assistant Director of Operations

JeQuan is responsible for managing the foundation needed for strong security operations. As Assistant Director for Security Operations, he is focused on leading all scheduling, budgeting, compliance and client relations, ensuring the teams at each of our facilities exceed client expectations.

He also works closely with event production teams to proactively identify the support needed for success, including coordination of communications, staffing, production and onboarding of new employees.

JeQuan has worked in management since he was 17, leading operations and staffing in the service industry and being trusted to open new facilities across the country. He began working for Monterrey as a field supervisor nearly a decade ago, before earning promotions to project coordinator and project manager before assuming his current role. 
A South Side native, JeQuan grew up in a law enforcement family and saw firsthand the value in serving others. He now takes pride in mentoring staff and identifying opportunities to help them grow in their careers.
