Katrina Miller

Safety and Training Manager

With over 16 years of experience in the contract security industry, Katrina is a dedicated Safety and Training Manager who builds high-performance teams through comprehensive, regulation-compliant training programs. She develops and implements training strategies based on client contractual requirements, state regulations, and federal mandates.

Known for a hands-on, high-quality approach in all that she does, she prepares our security professionals to operate with confidence, professionalism and readiness in dynamic environments.

She has earned a broad range of certifications across safety, emergency response, tactical training, and use-of-force disciplines, including certifications from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

She is also certified in best practices for emergency response and personal protection tactics, as well as management of aggressive behavior. She holds credentials as a certified instructor for first aid, taser, tactical weapons, hazardous materials handling and firearms use.
