Kyle O’Shaughnessy

Assistant Director of Event Services

Kyle is a recognized leader in strategic planning and operations management in the security industry. He has managed on-site operations for some of the country’s largest events at iconic facilities, including Soldier Field and Notre Dame Stadium.

As Assistant Director of Event Services, he develops plans to ensure security staffing and operations exceed league and stadium guidelines. That includes work with the Chicago Bears to reach NFL Best Practices, the Chicago Fire on MLS Safety and Security Guidelines, adhering to WNBA arena security standards for the Chicago Sky, as well as college basketball security guidelines for DePaul University and the University of Notre Dame. He also leads operational coordination with concert promoters including Live Nation and AEG Live, among others.

A Chicago native and graduate of Harold Washington College who has earned numerous industry certifications, he has worked with Monterrey for more than a decade, including five years as event services manager at Notre Dame, serving Notre Dame Stadium, the Joyce Center and Compton Family Ice Arena, as well as Chicago’s Wintrust Arena and Arie Crown Theater. He has also worked as a site supervisor at the University of Illinois Chicago and at Soldier Field.
