Providing security and guest services to millions of visitors – while also protecting valuable artifacts – Monterrey has provided exemplary services to the Field Museum of Natural History for nearly a decade. Since 2015, Monterrey Security has partnered with the museum, working under the direction of the Department of Protective Services to ensure the safety of its priceless collections, visitors, and staff. Monterrey's embedded security management program collaborates with all museum departments to integrate safety, security, and guest services into every aspect of daily operations.
